I stayed in this hotel for 10 days. My room was very large with a pull out couch and a queen bed. The room also had a mini fridge, microwave, tv and coffe maker. the hotel does not have a hot tub or pool. One downside was the smell of bleach or chlorine when walking through the halls.

Thank you for spending so much time with us. We have been struggling with the State of Montana to put in an indoor hot tub and pool for 14 months now and it is aggravating. We are working together to see what kind of permits we can get approved. More

I booked a double room for the Missoula GuestHouse Inn through their online reservation system. I received a call soon after from a very nice young man who explained that they didn't have a double room as booked. I explained that we needed two beds and he called his supervisor and made arrangements that were agreeable to me for two... More

I arrived at 2am and was warmly welcomed by front desk. I was checked in quickly and smoothly. The rooms are quite large and very comfortable. I've read a few other reports stating it was older and such...I booked the Deluxe because I was hoping it had been upgraded a bit and was pleasantly satisfied. Wish we had the time... More

Friendly greeting from reception. Room and breakfast just as described by the hotel. Comfortable, clean, and quiet room. Parking outside by our room. This is a pet friendly hotel but there are no odours present. Good value. We would recommend.

A buddy and I were on a motorcycle trip from Alberta, Canada to Boise, Idaho and back, with two nights in Missoula, MT. We'd booked the first night at the Guesthouse Inn, and after a great night and a great price, we booked in for our return night as well. The AC was ice cold...we both actually laughed out loud... This hotel is an older property that needs some refreshing. No sin there - some of us like older properties. The single person on duty the Saturday evening we arrived was absolutly swamped. I believe they should have more personnel available. Inconvenient, but again not horrible. Here's the big issue I have with this hotel - I request non-smoking rooms... More

Thank you for your response regarding the issue of smoking. We are a smoke free hotel however we do have convenient areas for our guests to smoke outside. Often times, our friendly smoking guests do bring the smoke smell into the hotel by their clothing and hair. We do frequently watch for the odor and take care of it quickly.... More

Started off a bit rough when we were checked into a room which had not been serviced. (requested pet/smoke free environment) Lovely people on the front desk....but. Room was indeed clean....but tiny bathroom & as mentioned in earlier review, linens/towels are 'tired'. Entrance ways are inconvenient on a 1/2 floor so 2nd floor is a 'walk up' even though there... We were referred to this hotel by friends we were visiting in Missoula. I guess the location at a very busy intersection is good for Missoula, but it's a bit of a drive to the freeway to get out of town. The guy who checked us in, Sid, couldn't have been nicer. The hallways, as mentioned in other reviews, are... More

Paid 180 for 2 days in this dump. Halls are dingy and needed paint/drywall work 10 years ago. The rooms are small and pretty basic with tube type TVs and wall heaters. Oh yes, U of M Graduation Weekend, it is a busy weekend for Missoula.
