The room was double booked. Opened the door on a stranger in his underwear. Embarrassing for both parties. Other than that the hotel was decent. The rooms were clean and quiet. The breakfast was good with a great view of the river from the dining area.

Room was very quiet and clean. The water pressure in the bathroom shower was excellent; quite refreshing. The management seems to pay attention to the right details; next time I would try to get a room on the river side of the hotel just to see the view.

The outside of the hotel isn't much to look at but it more than makes up for it with a gorgeous setting. It has great views of the river and mountains. It's clean, comfortable and very quiet. Rooms were clean and quiet, felt secure and safe. Wonderful beds and bedding. Meeting rooms were spacious and temp comfortable. Restaurant service excellent and quality of food very good. Positive overall experience. Requested a refrigerator in my room, and it was brought up a few minutes after arriving - great hotel service!
