Lots to recommend this place. The room was just fine...easy access at the fishermans lodge. Nice people at the front desk, the hot spring pool was good and dinner was good. Excellent wine list. Breakfast was ok....ghastly coffee though.

Our family stayed luckily only one night at Chico, and it was in the main lodge. It reminded us of a hostel. There were no toilets in the room “just down the hall”. So we played make believe that we were back in the Wild West since they did not have bathrooms in the rooms back than. That was until... More

This was our family's first time to Chico and we came away impressed. We rented a cabin so no problem with noise and accommodations were fantastic for a remote resort. Restaurant was good, but I wouldn't put it on the 5-star list as I've heard it referred to in the past. Overall a great experience. On a very positive note,... More

Great place very friendly. Drinks in the pool the best. Beautiful view of the mountains in the pool. I would go back again for sure. Price was reasonable. They have a grill and smoking area really close. Bathrooms were clean.

We stayed here based on a friends recommendation, and I am so glad we did. I did a little research on tripadvisor and decided to stay in the Lower Lodge. Our Room, 410, was right across the parking lot from the stable (which we loved because we have horses at home, but if it were summer not sure it would... More

What a pleasure to be at such a location. After hit days travelling around the park, the warmth of the hot springs in the bones was a delight. Rooms were great, food outstanding in the restaurant, and a friendly staff.

We come to Chico at least 2 times a year... absolutely fantastic place. Natural hotsprings, saloon with live band every weekend, best get away...ever! Its like a rustic little town on top of a mountain. Rustic like old west but really nice, not dumpy. Nothing else in sight for miles... which gives it that secluded feel. Once you go for... More

The front desk service was horrible. Not only did they mess up our reservation but a from desk clerk got in an argument with another guest in front of us. Rooms desperately need updating and had multiple cold showers. The staff in the restaurant and grille were both wonderful. The pool was amazing!

We attended a friend's 50th birthday celebration here at the resort. We stayed Saturday through Tuesday. Even with the reviews on the site I didn't quite know what to expect. We had a wonderful time. Here are the details of our stay: Check in was easy and the staff friendly. We found this to be true of all the folks... More

I've been to Chico Hot Springs many times in my life, most recently in July of 2012. The lodging option for us then was the Fisherman's Lodge. It gets a little warm in there at night as there is no a/c in the rooms. I would recommend people stay in the Lower Lodge. We stayed in a unit there in... More
