Rooms are all refurbished and very, very clean. Beds are heaven to sleep in, linens good quality. Great customer service, staff always professional. I have stayed here several times and I'm never disappointed. Breakfast is ok, better than some but not out of the ordinary. Management is interested in how the stay was and it shows.

We have stayed here multiple times. The last couple of times we have not received the type of room reserved (room with wet bar). We always select this type for the extra counter/sink space. Overall not a bad stay, just not getting what is expected. Time to start looking at other options.

The staff is great, the rooms are ultra clean and well decorated, the hotel location is ideal, the breakfast was excellent, the fitness room is well equipped and the pool is sparkling clean. PLUS....they serve fresh cookies in the lobby in the afternoon. What else could you ask for??

This is the best place to stay in Chadron. A nice hotel in small town Western Nebraska. The rooms are always clean, the beds are comfortable and there is a nice breakfast in the morning. Friendly staff and a nice pool.

After many hrs on the road, this stay was a respite ... Good front desk, walking distance restaurant with good food/cocktails, good fitness center, good room and nice breakfast. Clean. Nice pool area which I did not use and nice outdoor patio area.
