24hours after we left this hotel staff dug thru all their garbage to find the raggy cloth "lovey" that a little girl who's mom has terminal cancer had left behind by accident. Incredibly kind,thoughtful people

The sheets had stains on them and when I called and asked for new sheets they brought more sheets and those too were stained! The TV did not work that was in the bedroom you could only get certain channels. I would not expect this from a less than 5 year hotel so perhaps it's time for renovation!

Everything about the Embassy Suites was brilliant including the breakfast and managers hosted cocktail hour with the exception of internet access. The only problem I experienced was the lack of free wi-fi/internet access. You have beautiful accomodations and emenities with the one exception. Don't mess up the customer experience by nickle and diming it with additional charges for internet access.

This hotel was a great choice for our stay in Omaha. Amazing service! The hotel was very clean and the rooms were very comfortable. One of the best Embassy Suites I have stayed at. Staff was very personable and polite. We will for sure be staying here again when traveling to Omaha in the future.

The suites are large, with a very comfortable living room and small dining area, nice TV, coffee set-up, refrigerator, wetbar, and microwave. The bedroom and bathroom are also large. My wife & I stayed at this hotel as we celebrated our anniversary. The hotel staff was excellent, and the room was fantastic! The evening receptions and breakfasts were wonderful! We'd stay there again in a heartbeat!

Everything was 4 star quality. Room, food, service - but why do they charge $11 a day for the Internet? It feels like you are getting knifed - for that reason alone I won't stay here again, even though all else was top notch.
