Staff is wonderful! Breakfast was great and having the fruits and beverages out 24 hours/day makes it very convenient and a wonderful amenity. The new freeway makes it quick and easy to get back and forth to Reno. Will definitely stay here again instead of staying in downtown Reno.

Nice hotel, great staff but poor sound insulation. Heard them next door and above. Mind you a lot of people are just noisy whilst we make an effort to be quiet. Low occupancy but seems they put us all together for the cleaners. Dissappointing Hilton.. Hilton Honours Member

If you are in a business trip in Carso City, this hotel have all the necesary services and confort to stay, the breakfast is very good, the internet service excellent and free!! for the customers. Is very easy to arrive to the hotel from the airport, it takes around 25 minutes from the RENO international airport to the hotel door.
