Everything great about the hotel, but at checkin, the attendant said "breakfast 6-10," no mention of a charge. We were eating and then presented with a $30 bill. I thought they should have been explicitly clear it was a cost-breakfast. As you can, we are new at Courtyard.

No thrills here...it is what you think it is. A basic room but with a microwave and fridge (at least in my room). I agree with other reviews. Stayed here for two nights on business in Jan. Good news is plenty of parking and staff was helpful. Rooms are tired, dinning that is within walking distance is poor. Basically your 15 min from the best of Green Valley/Henderson/ or the strip.
