Our stays at Grandview have been good. there is no issue with the resort. Would recommend that people be very wary about getting sucked into buying one though. Appears that their computer system cannot identify two accounts even if you do have the same name. then when you ask for an account it still does not get sent to you.... More

This was our second stay at the Grandview time share complex. We stayed in the Rosemary building on the sixth floor this year and loved it as much as the Daisy building last year. My wife and I along with our best friends stayed in a double suite lock out for 1 week and it was terrific. It was a bit hectic checking in but there were a ton of people there at the same time. Nice resort setting. We stayed in the Rosemary building in a one bed room unit. Unit was newly appointed and we were very pleased with it. Loved the layout. We understand that travelers expect services comparable to what they find at home, but with the technology of hotspots, unlimited data plans, etc. we find many of our guests do not place in-room internet service as a priority amenity. There seems to always be availability here. We enjoyed the 2 bedroom suite that was a lock-out; it had everything comfortably updated. Nice one bedroom timeshare with an additional convertible sofa. It is right next to Southpoint Casio so you are in walking distance to gambling, some eating locations and a multiscreen theater. The room was fairly new with a next double sink bathroom with a seperate shower and tub/jacuzzi. New HD LCD TVs in the LR and bedroom on basic cable.... More

These condo units are at the far south end of "The Strip" so you really need a car to get around, but it is nice and quiet and well looked after. There is really no place to eat on site but South Point Casino and Resort are right across the street with lots of venues to eat at and all... More

We spent Thanksgiving week at The Grandview as an exchange through RCI and had a great time.
