Morrell's maybe one of the two best classic French restaurants in Vegas. The food was creative yet mainstream classic french. Fruit and candied walnut salad, all the cheeses, bacon studded escargot, short ribs to die for, aged steaks w/ all the sauces. We travel to Vegas for business twice a year. We have stayed at the Bellagio, MGM, Treasure Island, The Golden Nugget, Trump (extremely poor), Encore (Great Hotel) and the Palazzo.
