We stayed at the Palms Place the weekend of January 15th, 2012. We stayed in a studio suite 15-309. Don't let them put you into this room if you have a choice. The hotel I must say is beautiful. The rooms are cozy, so cozy because of the rooms terrible lighting. Don't plan on reading in there unless it is... More

Thank you for the compliment of our hotel design and décor. However, we are saddened to learn that your overall experience was anything less than desirable. Your feedback is important... More

I've been dying to stay at this hotel for sometime. The Palms Place has a separate entrance from the main portion of the hotel which makes the checking-in process and use of the concierge a breeze. This portion of the hotel is very quite. The reception staff was very nice. They gave me an option of a room with mountain... More

We stayed in a studio suite on the 22nd floor. Great view of the Strip. The room was large and accommodating for 3 people. The room smelled like smoke when we checked in and didn't seem very clean and fresh. I was going to ask for a different room, but decided to just let it go. The bed was very... More

Dear Raleigh Guest, Thank you for your honest critique of your experience at Palms Place. We pride ourselves on the pleasant nature of our team members, and it is disheartening that this was not reflected in your interaction with our team members. Wow, our room was magnificent. A very large clean room with a view of the strip. The room was complete with a kitchen so for those who would like to do their own cooking, this is an option. I would happily stay here again. The bar and restaurant inside the hotel is very welcoming and does great bar snacks. There... More

We rented a one-bedroom suite and were not disappointed. We had a lovely room with a view of the strip, a fully-functional kitchen, and 1.5 baths. The furnishings were lovely and the gas fireplace was a great touch. There was ample room to sprawl out and feel "at home." The hotel trends to a younger crowd...not a huge deal for... More

My husband & I stayed at the Palms during the first weekend of December & I contracted scabies from the bedding. Absolutely disgusting & per my Doctor- comes from unwashed or improperly washed bedding at this hotel. AVOID at all costs or don't sleep in your bed. More

I had the pleasure of staying at the Palms Place hotel during the week of the CES convention in Las Vegas. I had reserved a one bedroom suite and when I checked in I was greeted by the manager who gave me a fantastic room on the 53rd floor with amazing views of the strip. The room was extremely clean... Dear Los Angeles Guest, We are so pleased to have received such a glowing review of your experience at Palms Place. The CES convention is indeed one of the busiest convention weeks of the year, and we are happy to have been a safe haven to you during that eventful and sometimes chaotic time. Unfortunately, the balconies are locked for... More

My business partner and I stayed here during a convention. We got a great deal on the room rates, so we were very pleased about that. This part of the Palms is non-smoking and non-gaming, and all the rooms are suites with kitchen and dining areas. I love it when hotels in Vegas are non-smoking and don't have casinos when... More

Dear Orange County Guest, We appreciate your honest feedback regarding your recent Palms Place experience. Our business clientele can enjoy a smoke and gaming free environment with chic décor and just enough distance from the commotion to be accessible. Your... More

So bear in mind this was my first time to Las Vegas and it was for a WORK trip - NOT a party or friends fun trip. I'm also not a gambler, so my review is of the hotel ONLY, not Vegas in general. Check in was fairly painless. I arrived early and there were no rooms available for check... More

Stayed here during Consumer Electronics Show. Although much better than old, worn out Palms, the off-strip location average decor and high price left me wishing for more. Spend your money elsewhere. More
