Wow we were very impressed with the friendliness of the front desk when we arrived and through out our 3 day stay with them. Our room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Our room was large and the bed comfortable. We were on the second floor, with no elevator. If you don't handle stairs well, be sure to request a main floor room. One of the three pools was "seasonal" and therefore closed during our October 15th stay. The other two smaller pools were open and supposedly heated, but they were cold.... More
