My wife and myself recently had a 4 night comp stay. We did not get to the hotel until about 2am Saturday morning. I have specific requests in for a King bed. WE were given a room in the Octavius tower and upon entering the room found 2 beds. Another trip down to the front desk, and were told that... More

We recently stayed at Caesars in the Octavias tower, 2 queen beds. This was the room we booked. We got to the hotel and went to the "laurel collection" check in area which had no wait. We were checked in quickly, and asked about an upgrade. He said we were already in the highest room possible with two beds, but... More

I've been to Las Vegas many times. It' was my first time at Caesars Palace. When I arrived at the hotel there was a strange occurrence. They did not have my reservation. Not their fault. That's a complete other story. However the problem was temporarily resolved. They found me a room. And they kept the price only slightly higher that... More

On 3/4/13 I arrived to check in. Didn't know I had preferred check in and could have avoided the horrible lines. There was two hugh lines that were interfering with foot traffic in the lobby. A manager came out and made three lines and somehow I ended up even farther back. After moving up to half way, my line went... More

Stayed for 7 nights and was the by far the best Vegas stay to date. I have stayed at multiple properties including... Paris, MGM, Planet Hollywood, etc. The property itself is a destination! The first few days we did not even have to leave the resort, there is so much to do! The Restaurants were Wonderful, the Pool complex was... More

My husband and I were on our honeymoon in Vegas when we decided to extend our stay. The hotel we were staying at really did not care to try to help us so I called Caesars. What a difference in service. Where the one hotel we began our trip at was horrible, rude and did not seem to care, Caesars... More

I had a comped room reserved for 3 nights (from Monday, May 27th-Thurs May 30) and had booked the Forum Tower online, as I know it's a step up from the old Roman Tower. We arrived in Vegas late night and got to Caesars around midnight. No check in line and the wonderful desk clerk (forgot to note his name)... More

This is my favorite place to stay. Entertainment is great, The pools are beautiful! Shopping at the Forum shops is awesome. So much to do in one place. Bacchanal Buffet and Mesa grill had great food. You don't even have to leave the hotel.

We visited Las Vegas at the beginning of June 2013 on our honeymoon from Ireland. As part of our trip we had a six night stay in caesars palace. When we checked in, we were put into a massive room with renovations going on. The receptionist sorted it immediately for us. We were put in the same foo. But it... More
