I have stayed at the monte carlo twice over the years. The people are always friendly and it's generally a nice hotel. We got a great price so we jumped on it. I know there are nicer places, but this was fine for my wife and me. It had everything we needed right there. Good blackjack rules, excellent buffet, great brew pub and a hidden tram that nobody ever used that shot you up the strip. More
