We have been coming to the Peppermill for the last 20+ years. We visit other casinos/resorts and have always come back to the great atmosphere of the Peppermill. The staff from bottom to top are friendly and seem genuinely glad to see you. We wouldn't stay anywhere else. More

I have been staying at the Peppermill since 1988 and would stay nowhere else in Reno. The staff is always courteous and friendly--the hotel is very well maintained and clean. I look forward to each trip I take there and have yet to be disappointed. The players club is something to get--so many perks are available. More

The Peppermill is a wonderful experience. They are very organized and competent and employ people who seem to care about their job and the guests. The bell desk can answer any question with a smile, the staff is friendly, the facility is beautiful and clean, the casino has non-smoking areas for slots, and all six restaurants are excellent. Can't say enough about how great this place is! We usually go about twice a year and really look forward to it. The rooms are fantastic! (we personally like the tuscany tower) Beds are great. Just a very relaxing time for us. Food, gambling, comps are fantastic! Highly recommend! More
