This was perhaps the quietest stay I have ever had at a hotel. Even the ventilation system was quiet and I could sleep with it on. We were able to get a wonderful price through travelocity... just $27 per nite plus the resort fee of $10... so how can you beat that. The beds were comfy and the place was... More

I found this hotel on Priceline for a price that is too low to even mention. We got a Grand Suite II on the 23rd floor with a spectacular view. The room was really large with a king-sized bed, couch, nice desk, chairs and stainless refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom was large with a huge shower. The bed was comfortable,... More

Nice Hotel but - they throw hidden fees into the bill calling it a resort fee or some nonsense. It was not disclosed to me when I checked in it was simply added to the bill at the end of the visit. So do not be surprised.

Lovely comfortable deluxe room, good ammenities incl. restaurants bars & wonderful service @ a very fair price. Would stay again, but a better positioned room may have better views than the blah hotel roof.

We stayed at the GSR for a quick 2 night stay for a weekend volleyball tournament. We had an updated Summit room. Very nice and spacious. The room had a fridge, microwave, large shower. I can't complain about one thing in regards to the room. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept in. Perfect,... More

GSR has the biggest rooms in Reno and the Summit rooms have a safe, microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator. 5 minutes from the airport with a driving range, bowling alley and many other features not found anywhere else in Reno.

The resort leaps from its surroundings, a large golden block standing high above the adjacent airport and flat Reno. Although we sat for a while in the huge driveway waiting to be noticed by the valet and porterage staff, when they did arrive they quickly transferred us to our high suite overlooking the airport. The room was well furnished with... More

I booked a vacation here for 2 nights. The shuttle was prompt and professional. Check-in was easy since I got in late. I was placed on 8th floor. Nothing thrilling and the joint is dead (middle of the week). Went for an early morning 50th birthday half marathon run. The trail by Truckee River is very peaceful. Got back before... More
