The hotel, staff, and the gaming were wonderful. The building was very clean The staff was the best part as everything i requested was done on the spot and without any hesitation on their part. the building was very close to the interstate and easily accessed by car. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel!

We spent May 6th thru 10th there, participating in the USBC Open Bowling tournament. Our room was very nice, and all the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Meals at the Steakhouse and the Americana were excellent, as well.

We got eaxctly what we expected. Great room rates, great service and a fun and exciting time on the casino floor. The staff was friendly and efficient. The line was long at the one club sign up but moved us through quickly.

Stay was great will stay here again. Room was clean and quite. Table games were letting play for a long time without losing my money. The slots were very loose. I don't know what else to say or why this has to be at least 200 characters cause that is a lot of characters.

We enjoy the value of the rooms as we are in Reno to have fun and are only in room 4-5 hours a night. The hotel is located within walking distance of other casinos, shopping, the river and theaters etc.

Very dirty room.....avoid checking in on this Hotel! they need to renovate the whole bldg! the Circus is the same since my kids was still a little kids. the staff is not very friendy. the Casino is very old. the restaurant is dirty too...

Overall it was great but next time I would like to know where we're staying because the Skytower is not for us. We had trouble getting out luggage to our rooms and getting our luggage back to the front desk for check out.

Just stayed here for USBC Nationals. Good value for the price. Centrally located to all of the bowling events. Daily maid service, plenty of dining options. We were there for bowling, but the hotel appeared to be very family friendly. I'd stay here again!!
