Website photos are very misleading. Rooms have 1970s CRT TV, smell like mold, pink crown molding and the smoke is worse than any other casino. Carpets were sticky. Shower broke, flooded the room and they would not comp the room since no comparable rooms were available. Hotel Operations Manager was very rude. I will definately stay at Harrahs next time. More

The rooms are nice-ish with a lot of room. They have a free bus to Heavenly if you are up for skiing. It is next to great shopping, drinking, and dining.
