We went to the Red Jacket to celebrate a birthday of a 9 year old cousin. Everyone: hotel staff, Kahuna Laguna employees, restaurant employees... everyone was kind, helpful, friendly. We have been staying at the Red Jacket for 30 years. We have been enjoying all of the amenities. It is wonderful for children. One drawback is since the waterpark was built there is no place for Older adults to swim and then enloy the Hot Tub.

Location, Location, Location! Three big plusses to having a top resort and staff who bend over backwards to have guest's stays be the best they can!
