While the furniture may not be antique, the room was extremely comfortable, and the host couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. The breakfast was delicious, and the service was fantastic. The location couldn't be better, just a couple of blocks from downtown, the waterfront, and Strawbery Banke Museum.

Stayed one night in October. Room musty and furnishings of boot/yard sale quality. No access to any refreshments in room, how much does a coffee maker cost?? Even if in communal area. Great location but seriously overpriced.

There is nothing quaint about this place. The furnishings are of yard sale and thrift shop quality, but not in a whimsical or charming way. The decor reads functional cheap.
