Friendly staff and loved Desiree. However, unbearably hot, with very out-dated air conditioning units only in rooms, not in bathrooms or throughout. No gourmet breakfast...frozen Eggo waffles with Microwaved sausage and instant coffee. Also served watered down orange juice.

This was a wonderful trip. Bradley Beach Inn was comfortable and beautiful. The owners were on site and provided everything we could think of! The breakfast was fabulous, cooked by a gourmet cook! Everything was home made! The view was fabulous and the beach was wonderful.

this place is small and old. we had 2 adults and 2 kids. she gave us a room with one bed! then offered a blow up mattress. was very hot. no air anywhere. windows needed sticks to hold them up. plaster falling off the ceilings. was very over priced, $182 for one nite in a dump. and that was "discounted"...
