Had multiple issues checking in (Key not working, room not cleaned since last guest checked out, smell of smoke in the room). Was comped lounge access for the inconvenience, which was meh at best, sub par compared to all Sheratons I have stayed at. Also the rooms are starting to show a lot of wear, could use a refresh.
