Good location to Newark interational but not an easy one to find.Check-in was a nightmare....so busyc and only 2 check-in staff.Welcome was "just so".The place is obviously being rennovated so that should be considered.My room was actually superb - very spacious,well appointed and a tremendous bed.Slept like a log!!! “Great Service, Underrated Hotel”

I booked this stay through Hotwire, and was rather skeptical when I checked out the reviews. You have to stay alert to catch the shuttle, but it's free, which you don't get in Manhattan. Setting expectations is important. This is a large, standard airport hotel. It is not a luxury, boutique, or resort.
