First ever disappointment at a Renaissance. Hallways were littered with dirty trays and furniture, refrigerators and microwaves. Room was relatively clean but carpet had wet spots. Prompt check-in, clean room, friendly staff. Only stayed one night on business, but hotel served its purpose with no problems. There are a few bars and restaurants located nearby so if you are staying a bit longer there are some more economical alternatives to eating in all the time.
