Had to call the motel to wake the clerk up to get checked in. Commode doesn't work, neither did the ice machine. There was one other vehicle on the lot when I got there it 11pm (that's a sign) and he puts me on the 2nd floor. The AC and the TV did work and the bed was comfortable but I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody.

Place was unsafe and they gave me a smoking room even though we didnt book one. So bad we walked out within 5 minutes and left to go elsewhere. Refused to work with us and give us another room as they were "booked to capacity" but only 4 or 5 cars in the lot.

This motel is located just outside of the Atlantic City Area and is perfect for an overnight stay when you go to Atlantic City. The motel offers a complimentary breakfast that is enough to get your day started as they offer more then just a cup of coffee. You can get there by using Public Transportation from Pacific Avenue in Atlantic City by taking the NJ Transit 502 bus; which leaves you just across the street from the motel (which is the same side of the street). You can save some $$$ by coming to this motel which is much nicer then the ones on Pacific Avenue which is right off the board walk. In my opinion, it's worth the extra time on the 502 bus or Uber trip.

The manager was unfriendly and unhelpful. There was trash in our room and I called the front desk but he never picked up. I had to take the trash out. At the breakfast there was not any fresh fruit. I found 2 bugs in the bathroom. Need I say more. Don't waste your money here.

This was the most NASTY hotel I have ever stayed in!! to start with the door lock was broken from the inside so was the key hole from the outside. the bathroom door was broken in!! Not sure what happened in this room but the whole lock had broken off so the bathroom door never closed. There was a cigarette stub in the basin just lying there. The whole room stunk of smoke like we had a cough and couldn't sleep the whole night. Had to wash the clothes we wore there since even our clothes were stinking. The bed had 4 tiny pillows which was unbelievable on a king bed and not to mention the atrocious stains on the mattress. The carpet had wet spots all over. Tiles were missing from the bathroom there were stains all over the toilet and tub/shower. The furniture was all broken and probably picked off the curb or the garbage dump. We couldn't wait to get up and get out of here. We checked in late and unfortunately we had to spend the night here. Have stayed at quality Inn hotels in the past and this nasty experience really makes me doubt if I will have the courage to book another again!!!

We just needed a place to sleep for one night on our way to elsewhere and made the mistake of staying here. The hotel needs a complete renovation starting with the staff at the counter. Stains on the comforter, wore out carpet and counter person who barley speaks English and is as freindly as a prickly pear! Find something else, because this place also wasn’t cheap, to make matters worse!

First the good, the rep who help me at check in was pleasant and this hotel was located by mostly everything (Walmart, Starbucks, Denny's, etc.) And now for the bad... We stayed at this property 2/16/19-2/17/19. At the rate of $194.00/NT, I would at least expect the place to be cleaned and in working conditions. IT WAS NOT!. We arrived to find the place look like it had not been touched in months. Dust, Spider webs hovering over the bed, tables with sticky residue, mold in the bedroom and the bathroom. Let's talk about this bathroom which had a mold shower head spraying out the sides of the tube, the toilet stopped working AND (wait for it), fecal matter on the wall beside the toilet and a mixture of fecal and mold in the corner.beside the toilet. And too make matters worse, as we were sleeping, the headboard snapped and fell on to my friend's head while she was sleep. When we checked out, we went to the cleanest part of the entire property; THE OFFICE; and spoke to the manager. We explained to him the situations we endured and showed him pictures of everything. He states he would take off 30% of the bill. I decline and told him this needs to be fully refunded. He then offered 50%off the bill and said that's all he can do. I asked for the general manager named and number, he handed me a generic card and said his name was Patel. I don't understand how the office is cleaner than the rooms. Will never return to this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for the weekend and for it's price, I wasn't expecting a grand place. It is close enough to Atlantic City (about 10-15 drive) The pictures of course of the beach by the property was far more impressive than the real thing. The bathroom was a bit dingy and old but again, for the price of the place- it was expected. The only rave review I can give is the gentleman at the front desk who very friendly. If you are looking for an affordable place to stay, this would be an option, just don't expect much. You should be out gambling or going to the beach most of the time anyway :)

In many years of travel I have never written a bad review of a hotel before but had a terrible experience at this hotel. We had reserved online for a night in July 2018 but had to postpone our trip due to rainy weather. We rescheduled our trip to include a night at the Quality Inn Pleasantville. We had a tough time with the reschedule so my husband called the hotel directly twice in advance and even though it was a challenge talking to Remesh, the manager we were told we were all set and even printed out a reservation details with a room rate of $135.00 including tax. Upon arriving on a busy Friday August 24, we were told by Remesh that we did not have a reservation and he would not honor our computer print out that stated that exact date and AAA price. Instead he told us it would be $168.00 and not even sure if that included tax. He was not friendly or helpful at all and definitely not willing to honor our reservation print out price. We left angry and with no hotel room at 6 pm on a busy Friday night in August. Luckily we will able to get a room directly across the street at Wingate by Wyndham at a lower price for a very nice room! In hindsight, we should have been concerned when we pulled in to the Quality Inn and saw no cars in the parking lot and the front desk man was doing laundry. Then when we went over to Wyndham, and the place was very busy but had two front desk clerks checking people in quickly and efficiently. Thankfully they saved our night! We also will be calling the nationwide Quality Inn line to complain about this hotel. Just wrong!
