“so nice and away from all the noise of the boardwalk”

so close to beach and bay,theres a pizza place not to far u can walk to the bay or beach very friendly owners,great place to get away n enjoy life ,and much quieter than the parts down the road so if u just want to chill n get away this is the place to be

“Great place”

I've been to the Belvedere many times. The hosts are fabulous and do go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The beds are excellent. The place is clean and very well located. It's quiet and well maintained inside and out. I know of others who have stayed there and they all agree with me.

Poor service as far as I'm concerned for the NJ shore! First, owner won't let you use the pool once you check out, or use beach passes. We welcome all guests. Unfortunately , we do fall victim to an unfair review sometimes. I specifically remember these guests and should have refused them accommodations. You are right about the moldy smell in some of our ground floor rooms. We are constantly battling the Humid conditions of being surrounded by water. We try to dehumidify the rooms when it is possible. We apologize for the not so clean room that you had and have since, replaced our Housekeeping staff for that reason. Because we feel... More

Not happy with my experience, would never go back. The room appeared clean until I looked at the build up of dust, rust and overall poor maintenance by owners. I have stayed several times at the Belvedere Hotel. It has been always very convenient close to Island Beach State Park. The Motel is nice and clean.
