Provide warm water with some minor pressure and without a broken water facet. Provide a remote control for the TV. Have rooms ready before they are sold. Provide front desk staff that has a clue of what they are doing and dressed professionally!!!

“Patios and Balcanies are welcome surprise”

We pass through Gallup often and keep trying different motels as the train noise in Gallup is quite something. This place is the quietest we have stayed in and is the best for travelling with a pet. We had a patio door that made loading and unloading really easy and our pet was delighted to have a door to look... More

I live 30 miles from Gallup NM and have rented rooms for visiting family members so I am familiar with most of the hotels there. I now chose to stay here rather than other places as it is clean, the service is great and you don't hear the train running through town or have a lot of traffic to contend... More

Our stay was OK but I feel the place has been let go and there is a lack of pride in the appearance of the property. Loose closet doors, lack of electrical plugs,in our room. With a little work it would look a lot better when under closer inspection.
