We traveled with our two grandsons to Carlsbad Caverns and on the way spent the night here. We found the staff welcoming, the room clean, and the breakfast more than adequate. We would definitely recommend staying here to others. Our grandsons enjoyed the pool. Plenty of amenities including free Internet. Family from Colorado Springs

Our 1-night stay was okay. The service was friendly. The room was comfy and clean. We went to the breakfast and there were a lot of rough characters there - did not necessarily feel like an upscale place to hang out.

A "new" remodel. The room was huge and spotless. Big screen tv and new furniture. Bath a little small but the sink is out of the shower room so the wife can put on makeup while I shower. Staff nice and friendly. What more could one want?

We found this hotel to have the feel of possibly an assisted living facility. It has a very odd set up with the pool in the middle of the hotel surrounded by nothing before the rooms. My husband and I had to make an unexpected trip when my mother fell in and was in the hospital. There was a Christmas party going on right down the hall, but it never once disturbed us. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was superb!!!
