We spent four nights at the beginning of June 2013 at Notten's Bush Camp. We had a splendid time. It is a very charming camp with fantastic people there who care for you in a great way. It gives you a very authentic bush feeling though you are being spoiled by excellent food, very nice rooms, highly knowledgeable guides and... More

We just returned from 3 nights at Nottens with our family which included a 19 year old and a 10 year old. It was a wonderful experience that each of us agree was the best travel experience we have ever had. It was our first time doing a safari and the benefits of being at Sabi Sands were evident. We... We spent 3 nights here at the end of May 2013. It exceeded already high expectations. Dave and Dale are cousins whose family has owned the property for a very long time. They are exceptional hosts. Incredibly nice, helpful, genuine and knowledgeable. They aim to please and it shows. Their staff takes after them, making the environment very warm and... More

We stayed in Nottens in November for 4 nights, the camp impressed us by being extremely comfortable, quite small with around 20 guests, there was a good mix of nationalities and everyone got on. The game drives were great with knowledgable guides and drivers and we saw all the animals that one might expect to see in Kruger. There is... More

If you are traveling to South Africa to see wildlife, this is your place! It is a total bush experience and all of it is wonderful. Included is your separate well-furnished and spacious cabana (most with an outdoor shower in addtion to the standard modern bathroom), each with a private deck, delicious meals served in lovely open-air rooms, daily morning... We spent 3 days (15th-18th April 2012) in five double suite. Everything at Notten's was far more than we expected. Sadly one member of our group has had a health problem during the last night Safari. Notten's team has helped a lot for this incident including driving us several time to Nelspruit.

We had been given an enthusiastic recommendation to Nottens by fellow Sydney friends. We hadn't been to the bush for some years. We booked through Rhino Africa (highly recommended for their local knowledge and friendly service). We flew from Joburg with Federal Air to Skukuza airfield, where a Nottens driver met us - then a 40 minute drive to the... More

Having travelled to Zanzibar last year we realised that we were missing a trick by not tacking on a safari to the beginning of a holiday in Africa. However, neither my partner or I are outdoor types and we didn't want to tough it in order to gain the experience. We were after 'safari light' and I would have been... More

We stayed at Nottens Bush Camp in the middle of January 2013. When we arrived, they showed us our awesome room with private terrace, outdoor shower etc. and asked if we are hungry. Of course we were ;-) So we got a very nice, fresh plate with sandwiches and fruit. It was awesome. Over all, our stay was fantastic. Very... More

I had a very good impression right from the start when both my partner and myself were warmly welcome. We stepped into the lodge, dimly lighted as there was no electricity but candles everywhere. (bright enough to manourvre) The food was superb! Excellent ambience! And really personalized room if you are coming here for your honeymoon.. There is also a... More
