Everything was broken (ice machine, business center, pool renovations, handicapped room smelled like smoke, poorly lit, broken air conditioning in fitness center). Way understaffed. The location in Ruidoso, New Mexico is understaffed. There was one person trying to do everything. She was very nice and helpful though!
