Beautiful, relaxing place to stay. Large, clean room. Good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff . Had stayed here before, and property has been kept up very well. In fact, staff was in process of painting outside garden area and planting flowers.

My wife and I tried booking a Hilton property in Ruidoso, but there are none. A bit disappointed, we "settled" on this Best Western that we'd never stayed at before. Excellant customer service. Rooms are clean and spacious. The grounds are clean and very beautiful scenery.I really enjoyed the continental breakfast. The gravy and biscuit was to die for. A variety of everything filling. The manager and staff were very kind and helpful.

What a pleasant surprise! This Best Western has an excellent location! Even though it is off the highway and across from the Racetrack, the property is tucked away in the pine trees and quite secluded. This place is close to town, the racetrack and restaurants. The location was convenient and very pretty on the outside. Rooms were spacious and clean. There was a mini fridge in the room. Beds were comfortable. My only complaint is that the air conditioner kept making an awful clanking noise (room 239), which made it hard to stay asleep. We didn't complain about the noisy AC so don't know how... More

I stayed at this hotel for weeks and always enjoyed my time there. The rooms are spacious - both King and Dbl Queens, plenty of room to accomodate families.
