Our room was beautiful, clean, and smelled very fresh and clean. While there, I observed staff mopping the stairwells, and even cleaning the elevators. Extremely noisy through night. Desk agent unconcerned. Smokers congregate at front door to drink and smoke until 3a.m. When complained, was told they "can't control what people do outside the building", which is absurd, as they are still on property. Several hotels in this area that would likely be much better.
