Just spent a lovely night in a charming, clean and quiet "upfront" room at 42 Montgomery. Strolled over to the local Rose and Kettle restaurant for a delicious dinner. Enjoyed my fresh-out-of-the-oven Dutch Baby at breakfast. The proprietor, Melanie, was exceptionally helpful and thoughtful. I would definitely stay there again next time I'm in the area.

Recently stayed here and enjoyed the location and inn keeper. This is an old home in need of some repair but adequate for a night or two stay. We had a wonderful time staying at Melanie's place. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast delicious. The proprietor, Melanie, was delightful as were the other guests. We'll be back!

We really enjoyed the bed and breakfast while our son was playing in Cooperstown. It was tasefully decorated, comfortable and quaint. Melanie makes a delicious pancake and cinamon apple soufle in the morning. There is a wonderful nearby restarant for dinner (Rose and Kettle). This is a relaxing area...enjoy!
