Although the people who worked there were wonderful, the heating unit's compressor turned on every 15 minutes during the night - EVERY 15 minutes it would turn on, run for about 5 minutes, turn off then repeat the cycle. Stayed overnight to visit our daughter at Elmira College. Actually got a great rate through Priceline for under $80. Hotel location is close to the College (<2 mi.) and convenient to local downtown. Motel has recently been remodeled, rooms are large and furnishings are new. Rooms and common area were clean and staff was very accomodating and all were nice. Dinning was your normal fare not exceptional but not bad. Local and national newspapers available for free every morning. Check-in/out went smooth. Overall a pleasant two day business trip.
