I won three nights at this place on Princeline for $60. I was hoping for the Fairfield on College Pt Drive.
The good: convenient..on Whitestone Expressway Service Road near 20th street. Close to a Target, Walbaums (supermarket), Circuit City, etc. Looks recently renovated, Carpet looked new, etc. Free parking. Safe neighborhood. Wireless $5 for entire stay...good connection. Good size room...

For those familiar with the Extended Stay America chain you will find this location like most of the others. Once a week maid service, free parking, big fridge and a basic stove top for cooking.
As for this location the staff is friendly. If your driving the location is not bad. But there is not a lot close by.
