Crowne Plaza Queretaro enjoys a nice position on the side of a hill, offering a great view from both the rooms and the lounge. The rooms are quite large, clean and well designed. There in no mini-bar. There is a broad selection of food for breakfast. Recommended

The hotel is very nice. The beds are terrible so are the pillows. Very uncomfortable and cheap. The service is horrendous very poor. The restaurant over priced for what you receive.
