Stayed over one night. In the morning I found out that the shower didn't work. Maintenance came to check and confirmed it didn't work. They quickly let me know of another room 10 doors away on the same floor where I could use a shower. The bill was adjusted accordingly without my having to ask. Everyone was very helpful overall.

For the Cornell master degree interview, I stayed in the hotel for 4 night. Staff were very friendly willing to assist customer. Room cleaner seems very hard worker. I enjoyed breakfast which was simple but tasty.
