I was very disappointed with the level of service in this hotel. The shuttle service was very poor and the individuals running it was not in control. There were also major renovations going on and as such there was no lobby space for us to wait in when in transit. More

Stayed one night while waiting for a connecting flight. I guess we didn't stay in the renovated section like other reviewers had mentioned. The hotel was disgusting- pealing wallpaper, stained carpets, room smelled like smoke. It was like something out of a horror movie. Stayed on a renovated floor (7) with the renovated rooms, which look a whole lot better than what the non renovated floors and rooms look like (i walked around the hotel to see the difference)...I will admit i was pleased with the new look. An airline put us up there for the night. Should've slept at the airport. It smelled worse than a Vegas casino, carpets filthy, overall disgusting. I don't think JFK would be happy about having his name associated with this place. Run far and fast. More
