I have a very pleasent experience at Queensboro hotel. The employee works at front desk name Remi was a great help and a good guy, i have ever met. I requested the shuttle at 6:30pm and the front desk advised me that the shuttle ended at 6pm. A employee from the back overheard the conversation and he said that he... More

The lobby looks inviting, and the people at the people who are at the reception and friendly. The hotel is in a residential area, and I felt absolutely safe walking at night. It is within walking distance of the subway, which was great for seeing New York City. That's about it for the pros. The parking is an EXTREMELY tight fight,... More

At first look hotel is nice, but don't let the lobby fool you. Rooms are very moldy and carpet is disgusting in hallways. If not for lobby this hotel is borderline motel. Breakfastnwas good and staff was friendly eager to help. Make sure you don't call a cab from front desk the price is more expensive your better off walking... More

We stayed two nights at the Queensboro Hotel and are delighted to have found it. Our daughter, husband and baby live in a small apartment in Brooklyn with no room for guests, so we were looking for a reasonably-priced place to stay when we come to visit. This was a real find and will be the extension guest room for... More

Ricardo Bonilla, I hope you read this. I stayed on the 3rd floor of your hotel. The stench coming from the carpet on the third floor, gives your hotel a bad reputation. As soon I walked upstairs and smelled the carpet, I was grossed out. I will concede that the room was clean, and the bedding were as well. But... More

I am sorry to hear that your stay at The Queensboro Hotel was anything but satisfying. As of August 22, 2011 I am no longer part of the company and have moved on to another property out of state. More

Our stay at the Queensboro Hotel was great. The subway is of walking distance. The staff was great, especially Mr. Gonzalez. He made us feel very welcome; made us feel at home. He was very helpful, and had a positive attitude all the time we were there. Mr. Gonzalez had a great sense of humor, and very helpful when we... More

November 2011: This hotel was clean, quiet, and had friendly staff, good breakfast & free parking. It was in a safe residential Queens neighborhood of Long Island City. Our king size bed was very comfortable with good pillows. The microwave and small refrigerator were nice extras. We did a Priceline bid and it was very affordable. I would recommend staying... More
