Excellent place to stay. Staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating! Restaurant was amazing. We ate there several times during our stay. Our only complaint was the shuttle service. We called for pick up and waited approximately 45 minutes before we decided to walk it back. The area is a bit intimidating but we felt perfectly safe.

+ i have nothing bad to say about this hotel: our room was clean, nice and quiet + very good value 'cause we got a good offer on the room price - you have to walk about 10 minutes to the subway station

Excellent location for LIC business. Shuttle service good, restaurant food very good, no breakfast menu for restaurant. Maid service too late in day (4-6 p.m.) One desk clerk (male) rude and curt. Rooms not set up for two people, one office chair at desk, no second seating, sit on bed.

A bumpy start with room servicing but once we had a chat it came right. Its close to the train station. If you cant walk they run a bus. The Bed is super comfortable. I will with out doubt stay here again. The restaurant downstairs is fantastic.
