Pros - Good clean rooms, free parking and wifi, friendly hotel staff in a neat Queens/Brooklyn neighbourhood. Easy access to Manhatten by bus and cheap taxi ride back at the end of the night. “Second time at this hotel and my stay was very pleasant!”

Staff and manager are very friendly, price is affordable. Only down side is, place is in the middle of no where. You have to walk to a bus stop to transfer on to a subway. “Pleasant Hotel”

The hotel shuttle was convenient, running on the hour. Everyone was friendly and courteous. Having access to breakfast and a midnight snack was "GREAT!" I strongly recommend this hotel and I would stay again. McDonalds is next door along with other restaurants that helps when selecting dinner options. Satisfied Traveler

I stayed here last sunday it was $187 and then also they hold $50 dollars on my credit card for any damages but there was none and the guy told me that was helping me once you check out the $50 goes right back on your card its a week later now and still no $50 back on my card... More
