Hotel staff was very professional and polite. Room was clean and hotel was quiet. Room service was very good and made use of the pool. Overall a very good experience. Forgot my toothbrush but one was provided for me free of charge at the front desk. Three other coworkers stayed at the hotel and were also satisfied.

Great Staff, great hotel, great food, If your looking for a place to stay that the staff will attend to your needs without the typical corporate scripting you need to stay here be it business or pleasure.

Customer service is excellent. The women at the front desk are professional, intelligent, friendly and very helpful. Staff was welcoming, pleasant and helpful. The room was clean, not the most up-to-date decor, but clean and functional. The was comfy, bathroom clean. The room smelled somewhat dank everytime I walked in, but I didn't bother complaining. I turning down the AC so I'm only guessing that's why the room didn't smell as fresh as I would've liked.

the restaurant staff very helpful, since we're late in arriving, but they stayed around and fed us. everything first class. maybe a little pricy. Entrance is a little tricky, behind the hampton inn. it could be confusing to the out of towner...

Basic vanilla hotel. In loud shopping center parking lot next to highway. "Forgot to mention" pool and spa not operational. Staff friendly enough. You have to ask for anything, and don't assume that the staff knows the right answer.

Great place to stay. Clean. Pool and hot tub were closed when we got there which we were bummed about. A lot of places to go eat. Train to NYC 10 to 15 minutes away if your interested in going to NYC. Great breakfast spread in the morning. Plenty to eat.

Warm and inviting upon arrival, we arrived at midnight and tired and it was important to us to have an easy check in and be treated so wonderful, very clean hotel and lobby, room was a pleasant surprise as it was very spacious, staff all friendly, a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel
