Booked this hotel as a mystery pick @ Hotwire for 1 night. Check-in is a rather late 4pm and checkout is the standard 11am the next day. Overall satisfied and recommended, although it is almost always at $200+ per night, so the budget concious should be aware. My review is greatly biased by the fact that they have retained a... More

I have to say this was such a pleasant stay. Great location and easily within walking distance to the state park. Upon arrival we were greeted with complimentary valet service. Chocolate squares and truffles in the room. 2 bottles of water. As well as a few kcups for the in room Keurig coffee makers. We had the Rapid Grand Deluxe... More

Pros: 1) Short walk to the American side of the Niagara Falls. 2) Well maintained - clean rooms, big bathrooms. 3) Helpful staff - helped us with our request for baby crib, hot water and oven use. 4) Lounge on the 18th floor from where you can get a nice view of the Falls and the city. It's weird that... More

Amazing location and service. Free valet and complimentary access to the amazing 19th floor observation lounge. Great beds and linens. Chocolates were a nice touch. I am extremely picky when it comes to cleanliness and odors. Bathroom faucet and shower head were not cleaned and i rubbed them down with some extra towels. The lobby and elevator smelled like some... More

we stayed here for a night as part of a family vacation. good hotel, well located close to the falls, helpful people at the reception, and an excellent room make this stay worthwhile. Breakfast at the hotel was good, decent range of items on offer, even for vegetarians. Niagara is great for South Asians who will find a range of... More

This is a very elegant property and the well appointed rooms were a great retreat from the rather blah Niagara Falls township (the USA side). The room was very comfortable, nicely furnished, with great bedding and included an iPod dock and pod coffee maker. The bathroom was really spacious and the included toiletries were high quality. Our room also had... More

Steps from the American Falls and Goat Island. We were able to walk to just about every attraction in downtown Niagara Falls. The rooms are clean, large, and modern. Breakfast in the morning was a great little bonus. Eric, the bartender at the bar/lounge, is very knowledgeable about the area and gave us some GREAT suggestions. All of the staff... More

Liked everything about the hotel except for the water pressure in the shower. They don't charge extra for anything.....valet parking, water bottles in the rooms, etc. They will even give you free rides anywhwere in town. One day we had walked over to the Canadian side and then back to go to dinner.......my feet were killing me. So after dinner,... More

Staying in downtown Niagara Falls is a slightly strange experience. It's so touristy that almost everything (hotels, restaurants, attractions, etc.) have a tacky feel. I can honestly say that the Giacomo is nice. It's decorated in a manner that I personally found overdone, but it is very clean a modern. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast smelled good (we...
