Good, clean and welcoming. Les Alizes is now situated in down-town Santa Maria surrounded by shops & restaurants so this isn't a quiet location but if that's okay then this is a pleasant little place.

We chose this guesthouse for the original style of the house and its depiction of being a "petit hotel de charme" and were not disappointed.
