We didn't stay here in 1995, but I was given a tour. The swimming pool should win an award, as it was an "endless pool" seeming to flow right off the cliff of Oía and down into the Caldera that once was a volcano (ca 2500 BCE) and now is a harbor for cruise ships. More

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights on our honeymoon. Having just come from Mykonos we found Santorini to be almost a little too relaxing and quiet for our taste but the Perivolas was beautiful it made our trip! I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else in Santorini, the pool and views were so magnificent and if you are... More

A friend and I went to Greece in September of 2007. We spent most of our time on other islands but wanted to spend a night in santorini. As soon as I saw photos of perivolas I had my heart set on staying there. It was well out of my price range, but I decided to spend the extra money... More

We recently spent a wonderful five nights at Perivolas. There’s no question about rating them excellent, but the place is definitely not for everyone. Luxurious in an understated casual way, absolutely yes; but swanky, no. If you would prefer a Saab or an Audi to a Cadillac Escalade, or San Francisco to the Las Vegas strip, you would love Perivolas.... More

We recently spent 4 nights at Perivolas. We loved the simple, elegant cavelike rooms, they blended in beautifully with the surrounds. It was very quiet and peaceful, with the most stunning views of the caldera, this is obviously why it is so expensive. The service was unobtrusive but staff were friendly and there for any needs or advice about things... More

If you`re looking for a charming, mot inexpensive, place to stay in Santorini, this is your place. Luxury is not a characteristic, but vey nice service. Exclusive, with tables for two, no one passing by, with an extraordinar view of Caldera. Having breakfast, a level below the wonderfull swimmingpool is a unique experience. Location is perfect, as far as you`re... More

Just back from 4 great days at Perivolas. First of all, early September is a glorious time to be in Oia -- great weather, everything is still open, but not nearly as crowded as high season. A terrific vacation. We really enjoyed Perivolas and would go back. We were pretty sure this would be the case after having read the... More

We just got back and had a great time here. We didn't even explore Santorini because we just wanted to stay at the resort. This is a beautiful, intimate hotel. The property & pool are gorgeous. The rooms are very intimate and traditional. Outstanding views, much better than the views if you go a little closer into the heart of... More
