The staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very close to Fira Town and an inexpensive supermarket is just down the road. Our room had a great view of the volcano. We asked for extra pillows which was given to us immediately.

Cute little hotel, short walk to the stores and restaurants of Fira. Clean hotel, friendly staff. My breakfast was included. Nice pool :-) Some rooms have little balconies overlooking the pool. Wi-fi was extra, unfortunately.
