If traveling in the Plattsburgh area the Lodge should be your first place to consider. It was extremely inviting from the moment we arrived that evening. I would highly recommend the jacuzzi rooms, which seem larger and with large gas fireplaces. The overall experience was absolutly fantastic. looking forward to a return visit this summer. Another great stay (this is our fifth) - we can't say enough about the graciousness of Karen and Creston. Loved those delicious breakfasts and playing Scrabble in the Great Room in front of the fire! Very restful and beautiful location right next to a State Park.
