We recently stayed here due to a graduation in town (May 11-13). It is a perfectly nice, reasonable and comfortable Holiday Inn. No complaints as far as the cleanliness and comfort. “Decent price, great location to airport and FREE shuttle!”

The staff at this hotel were super nice and accomodating. The free shuttle was awesome to/from the airport as well as University of Rochester where I had a seminar course. “Southern style hospitality in N.Y.”

Very clean, excellent food and very friendly employees. Comfortable bed with soft and or firm pillows. Without hesitation or mental reservation this hotel is where I will stay! Flo at the desk was very friendly and the shuttle service was excellent. Sincerely, a guest from Virginia!

Pros Great location Polite, courteous staff Hotel room was quiet despite being near freeway & airport Good exercise room Rooms and building were reasonably clean Cons The hotel needs an elevator for the second floor guests A small store area where the guests could buy fruits drinks, snacks, etc, would be nice.

We have stayed at this hotel several times and We like the shuttle service and that you can park you car here for a couple of weeks. There were many hokey kids at this hotel as they were running up and down the halls and really making noise. I had to call the desk at 1130 pm to quite them.... More
