Conveniently located. Walking distance to the wonderful shoppes and fine restaurants in the downtown area, as well as Congress Park and the visitor center. There are several fast food places immediately surrounding also. The proprietor is extremly pleasant and helpful with getting you acquainted with the area. Our room was awesome; clean and spacious! There's no gym, pool, or breakfast... More

Booked for a conference downtown. Mark was perfect from the reservation moment ...upon arrival took his time to explain the area and answered all the questions. Took us to our rooms and went into details , from the key to the shower. And don't want to forget the housekeeper. Nicest lady ever. Will b back

When booking the room, Mark was great! Very nice & accomodating over the phone. Even when I added an extra days stay! The Inn in centrally located to everything. We stayed in The Queen Canopy room, which is in the older part of the Inn,It was a very nice room, just somewhat dark. The lighting needs to be addressed. Check... More

Location is a few blocks away from all the restaurants and shops. There's a Mc Donalds and Dunkin Donuts nearby (for those late night cravings) We've stayed at several area hotels/b&bs for years during racing season and Carriage House Inn by far is our favorite. We stayed at the Adirondack Suite. The room has a very rustic and warm decor... More

Finding a hotel room in Saratoga Springs during racing season can be difficult. Reading through the many reviews for the various hotels, I came upon the Carriage House Inn. When I sent my inquiry for room availability, Mark called me and explained the situation. They had one room which was available for our first night and another for our next... More

We have been spending a night or two in Saratoga Springs during racing season every year for several years, trying numerous lodgings, trying to find that "nice place to spend the night." This is without a doubt the best place we have ever stayed in Saratoga. Warm, friendly and helpful staff, excellent check-in experience, great location a very short walk... More

Our party of three stayed for three nights in two rooms. The rooms were very spacious, clean and pleasant. The inn is very well maintained and attractive; the owners and staff are friendly and helpful. One of the inn's best features is its location. We walked to the Saratoga Performing Arts Centre, the thoroughbred race track and downtown.

This was a great little stopover for us on our way back from Quebec to NJ. The rooms were spotless with comfortable beds, the grounds very well maintained, lots of flowers everywhere and a pretty little patio outside the room. We had rooms 23 and 21 and they really had a B&B feel to them. The owners Mark and Michelle... More

This place is more of a motel than an Inn but, room/suite was very large with a full kitchen and an HD TV and king sized bed. The owners were sooo nice and very helpful with advice on golf courses and restaurants....they were on the mark with all recommendations. Half the price of an Inn a couple blocks away...so a... More

My Fiance surprised me with a wonderful weekend getaway to Saratoga this past weekend. We were originally scheduled to stay at the Downtowner but when we arrived we were told that our room was not available due to a plumbing issue and would not be resolved. However we were pleasantly surprised that they had set us up in a room... More
