Stayed in early May for about the fifth time. Very clean rooms with an excellent staff. Easy to walk to downtown but too far from the track for most people. Nice restaurant and bar, nice to have during the winter months. Nice sized swimming pool that was also very clean. No noise from outside or inside very quiet.

Traveled here for business. I cannot say enough about the customer service from arrival to departure. Room was clean, food excellent. I felt really well taken care of. I would recommend this for a great getaway to Saratoga Springs. Kudos to Aaron and the staff/chef in the restaurant.

Thr lobby and entrance were beautiful, bright and airy. However, the room was a disappointment for the price. For the price of the room I expected the room to be cleaner. The room was also a bit "tired" for the price.

While I was staying in Saratoga for a Bachelor party weekend we stayed at The Saratoga Hilton. It was very nice and clean. The staff were very accommodating for our crazy group and very nice. It's right in town so walking was perfect and there is a gas station right across the street for any late night chips, beer, etc.... More

Attended a conference here in April. The rooms were large, modern, and clean though the entrance from the parking lot in the rear was a bit awkward - lots of walking to get to the front desk. Free wi-fi and the food was good. Downtown is easily walkable from here and we enjoyed going to other restaurants in the area.... More

My recent stay was horrible. I was given one dirty room only to be transfered to another dirty room when I asked to be moved. There were inches of dust in the bathroom & room. Beautiful Hotel located at the north end of town, within walking distance to entire downtown area. Well maintained, friendly and accomodating staff. Very secure facility, with ample parking.
