Stayed here at last minute on way through finger lake region. Stayed in a room with a jacuzzi at the back. Staff very helpful and friendly with loads of tips for dinner in town. Excellent place and very friendly staff. Spacious and very clean rooms with air conditioning and very cozy. We met friends from Ohio, and met up with friends from Skaneateles, for a bike ride in the area. This motel was recommended for it's location which did not disappoint us but everything else did. Rooms appeared clean but at a closer look were dusty, dirty, smelled like wet dog and felt unhealthy.
